Return Policy

Red Anchor Design Return Policy:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with returning an item. Items must be returned within 30 days and in 'unworn' condition. We do not accept returns on clearance items nor discontinued items.  Please follow all instructions on the label of items when laundering them.  We caution against washing in hot water and drying in a hot/high cycle.  We are not responsible for any shrinkage that occurs due to washing/drying.

Shipping Policy

If you have a PO Box, please use this as your ship-to address. We only shipping using the United States Post Office.


All orders are usually* shipped within 7-10 business days after the order date.

* - Red Anchor Design makes every effort to get your package shipped as quickly as possible but, during peak/holiday times, it may take more than 10 days to get your order shipped.

* - Please be sure to check the home page for any information on re-order/pre-order items that could result in longer shipping times.

We ship all packages via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). As a courtesy to our customers, we also provide free Delivery Confirmation to provide a number for tracking packages. Once the packages are taken to the Post Office, Red Anchor Design is no longer responsible for delivery. We will provide you with a Confirmation Number, and the customer will have to contact the Post Office to resolve the issue.

Payment Policy

Red Anchor Design is not responsible, under any circumstance, for over-limit, over-draft, or any other service fees associated with the customer's credit card, debit card, paypal, apple pay, google pay, nor checking account used to make a purchase.

Credit Card:
When an order is placed, an authorization for the order amount is placed on hold against your card.  Once your order is shipped, the authorized funds are captured and your card is charged at that time.  NOTE:  A common misconception is your card is charged twice but this is not the case.  Authorization does not mean your card is charged, you are only charged once your order is shipped. (Cards accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. *Merchant Gift Cards may not work. *Example: a Visa Gift Card)

PayPal:
When a first time order is placed using PayPal, you will be prompted to another screen to login to your paypal account to complete the order process.  Once you sign in to PayPal you will be redirected back to our website to complete your order.
